i'd strongle recommend beyondcompare, it does an excellent job of syncing, mirroring, folder comparison, etc. you can also automate syncs/backups using scripts. unfortunately is windows-only and i haven't found anything comparable for osx. i've been trying lacie silverkeeper, but that seems to give ...
