Re: Where to keep libraries

I would keep it on the internal drive and use the external for backups. Losing months of work to a crashed hard drive is no fun, believe me! :o

Drag the Live folder from the disk image into your applications folder. Take your applications folder and drag it to the right side of the dock. BAM! Easy access to all your apps in pretty mac-style without using the Finder.

I know I'll probably get sh** for saying this, but I have an axiom 25 and a nanokey. I LOVE the nanokey much more than the axiom. Plus, it's easy on the wallet.

Re: chipPad for iPad

I see what you're saying - I'll look into doing something where if you have one finger down (while in bit mode) and then press another step it basically turns ON all the steps in between the two and turns OFF all other steps in that track. Right? I love these kinds of feature requests from folks wh...

Re: chipPad for iPad

Wowzers! This is a great app, and one of the first I put on my shiny new iPad. I really like bit mode, but I find it hard to quickly set subloops like in mlr. A feature where you could push one step and then another on the same row to create a subloop would be amazing. However, the app is wonderful ...

Re: My New iPad: Daily Reports!

I got my iPad last week. I downloaded Chippad yesterday and have been dropping in samples from old sets. It's reallyreallyreally good. I'm going to try LiveControl next. If it's as good as it looks, it might be time to sell the APC40....

Re: iPad control app

It's been said before, but it's worth saying a bunch. I'd like Ableton to design a remote control app for the iPad. I know there are already apps out there that can accomplish such things, but Ableton are masters of GUI design and deep integration with Live would be an amazing thing. Thank you. Liv...

Re: EDIT: Monomeemu093 + MULTIPLE Stretta suite patches = BUGGY!

The real problem here is that the Launchpad uses USB 1.1. This has drastic implications for quick refreshes of LED's, especially for M4L patches that were written for the speedier Monome. 7up Live is a great example of this. The coders of that patch were kind enough to make a multicolor option for t...
