What is the proper way to cut a loop of a tune and use it?

i faced lots of problems with Soundforge cutting ... Live always recognizes wrong BPM and stuff..... !

anyone???...<hopeless>

hello , so my pc is really slow , its a 512mb ram athlon with a sh**ty harddrive 4200 rpm... and a lame soundcard so i thought it would be better to cut 15" of the song and use it as a loop!... how do you think i could do this i mean , i could use soundforge and just cut the wave.... is there any cl...

Well , i have verified that there is a grey waveform so it is a decoding... But still , is everyone here SURE that the .asd analysis file , places everytime the markers at the same place?.. i mean , i can't get it , i placed the markers , edited them , locked them , SAVED them , so , do they change ...
