Re: Just sharing my Scope patch :-)
Flaming heck I'm an idiot, how do you use these text data sprays, do you stick it in a text file and save it as an amxd?

n00bish question!
Sorry if this is a bit (read:a LOT) of a n00b question but I wanted to create a plugin that multiplied the left signal by the right signal and then outputted it. I then came across the old mathematical classic that a negative number multiplied by a negative number is a positive number so I created a...

Allowing for wallpaper.
For consistency I'm keeping my album cover in mind while writing. It would be very handy to be able to have this as a wallpaper for the arrangement window in Live.

Thinking of buying it

Not at all, what with my eLicenser and my iLok I'd run out of USB ports.

Re: Automation LFO
And then using automation you could modulate speed, depth and waveform of the lfo.
I just think it'd be a really useful feature for automating parameters that have no lfo option, like some fx and some synths.

Re: Newbie drum programming advice
Another thing you could do for practise is extract the groove from a loop you like, apply it to a beat you made and then commit it.
You can then see from the midi file which notes are early and late and learn to build your grooves from there and start discovering how a groove works.

Re: Is experimental electronica in a rut?
I think the problem with a lot of "experimental electronica" is it isn't really experimental any more. A lot of people just want to re-write Tri Repaetae over and over again to the point now where it's as much a defined genre as bluegrass or punk. But there is a lot of great stuff out there! Defrag'...

Automation LFO
Hows about this, the ability to create an LFO device that would apply to automation. So you could create a midi device which you could set as a sine at say 4Hz to wobble the cutoff or bitdepth etc. You could still then automate a filter rise but the LFO device would work as a +/- type deal and conti...
