I watch all the major US sports, and follow quality football (soccer). I also regularly bet on sporting events and try to attend at least some sort of sporting event when I go back to the states (i.e. baseball, football, basketball). Sports hold a very important place in some peoples lives... for in...

Before timbaland, the vast majority of hip hop and rnb production was entirely sample loop based. I remember back in like 96 or 97 when I first hear the Timbaland and Magoo track Luv2luvu it sounded completely different from anything else out there at the time, synth lines, syncopation, wasn't base...

Before we start telling them what new instrument we "need" that they'll charge us $200 for, do you think they can update some of the older ones? I'd be more willing to pay a small update fee for sampler and operator then I would for the new ableton additive synth, or whatever they come up with. I re...

Isn't NAMM a trade show only for people in the industry? If that is the case I don't think they were out there expecting to do meet and greets with everyday users. In their eyes you were just some schmuck from company x killing time going booth to booth.

What Lil Wayne is doing these days is light years ahead of some these real hip-hop "b-boys". fortunately not a...

I always wondered what all the people who say "they just rap about hoes, rims, drugs, and grills" think they should be rapping about?

oh... and I can't believe I forgot to mention Trick Daddy. His verses on the new Dj Khaled are great.

3. Detachable plug in GUI's. WAY TOO MUCH scrolling in the clip view area now, especially with Drum Racks and Instrument racks. +1 I think I might be one of the only people who does not care for the drum racks. In theory they are nice, but the entire thing from the scrolling in the clip area to the...

Like sparklepuff said Costa Rica is great if you are going solo, or with some male friends. When I moved here five years ago I brought my girlfriend from the states, and have regretted it ever since. Everyone who comes to Costa Rica stays on either one of the coasts. However, the real nightlife scen...
