Re: Recording Arturia Spark in Ableton

I have this problem sometimes. Open spark vst and check if the play button is enabled, I often have to stop it manually.

Re: monome + ableton + terms = no recording midi?

Have you tried to record the midi on another midi track ? If not, this should work (that's what I used to do with monome emulators). Create a new midi track, change the "midi from" to the track where your monome app is and you should be good to go.

Re: M4L device for Instrument rack navigation

I'm not sure that this is what you're looking for but you can assign the rack chain selector to a macro and then midi map this macro.

You also want to leave your computer on for this. Don't move the brick. You could use tape, but as the years wear on...

Re: More Insight To Live Link Needed

From Ableton website : How do we save our communal performance? One way to do this is if each Live user records the performance in Arrangement View, then you merge sessions later. Another way to record a communal performance is to mix everyone through a single mixer and record the stereo output. Alt...

Re: More Insight To Live Link Needed

there's no master/slave relation.
I haven't tried it yet but as the tempo is the same, I suppose you could import your tracks from one project to another ( assuming that you record at the same time on both computers). Another way to do it would be to record the output of computer 1 to computer 2
