+1000000 on making Live more modular without the need of M4L. There should also be option to MIDI map various parameters to controllers BUT with addition to choose whether this mapping should be always 'on' or it should be 'on' only when track is armed - I've already wrote about this to Abletonians ...

on my computer it's in Live 8 library (Live 8 Library -> Presets -> Instruments -> Instrument Rack -> Ambient and Evolving -> Ambient-Andromeda Space Pad.adg). Maybe it is included in this Legacy Live 8 Pack (I don't remember the exact name of this pack).

I think it'll be very useful for sound design if we could consolidate drum racks / instrument racks inside drum racks. I often have multiple samplers / simplers (with multiple fx) layered on one drum rack cell and sometimes it can get quite complex and CPU hungry - it'll be super cool to just click ...

You could just use Simple Delay (100% Wet, 0% Feedback, Time mode, with Link unless you want to get additional stereo effect) and adjust delay time to get results like in pic that you've posted earlier. I do this a lot when I'm stacking samples in Drum Racks on single pad. Hope that it'll help you, ...

Maybe try using a good sample? I usually use Cymbal Essentials from loops de la creme when I need some cymbal rolls
