Huh? According to Ableton’s knowledge base it is compatible: Apple and macOS compatibility with Live.

Following on from what miyaru said, for me it is under Audio Effects » Reverb & Resonance in Live’s browser.

I cannot be certain because I use an Intel Mac, but I suspect that the Live 10 version of Grain Scanner probably uses built-in external Max objects which weren’t built for Mac ARM chips (i.e., M1 or M2).

If this is correct, it might work if you run Live using Rosetta.

The best way I know of to learn how to get the sounds you hear in your head into your DAW is Syntorial. It isn’t free, but it is worth every penny.
