When i bought my Push 2, i unboxed it, put it on my table and have never moved it since until today, which must be over 6 months. When i did move it 2 screws fell out the back of it. What in the hell is that about. I realise its assembled in China, but this is not what i expect from a German company...

Just buy a used 2010 Mac Pro 5.1 and future proof yourself for the next 5 years.

Should it really matter? Im also an Ableton user. But I have found the AU components through Audio Hijack in System/Libray/Componants, so if i want to disable them, how do i do that considering they are CoreAudio components?

Im getting high 60% CPU usage on Mac Pro 2008 quad core when using Wavetable at high settings (i.e. a lot of Poly and Unsion voices). Is that normal now? I have Buffer Size set at 256, Sample rate at 44100Hz. I'm not getting any glitches, just very high CPU usage. I can set Wavetable to use 3 Poly v...

I deleted M4L and Live 9 Applications, Preference and Application Support files and Live 10 runs without problems as far as i can tell.

Im really impressed with this upgrade, the whole thing with Push 2 feels so much more polished....

I had wavetable do a separate authorisation without problems.

So like, i downloaded 10, installed, authorized. All good. New packs are being installed as i type, its all just wonderful. OK. Yea thats a shame that this isn't possible with an Akai app and Push 2. I can't justify, nor do i really want to have to, buy Maschine atm, or in the near or distant future.

I guess more pre planning is required on my part, but it certainly takes away some ability to improvise on the fly.

I guess im trying to figure out if its possible to control/adjust two tracks at the same time.

Yea, i kind of figured out the dev lock function on the app, but its a bit of a compromise/task. Not easy for live performance.
