preview is controlled by the CUE output on the right side of the screen. In the box below CUE select an output different than the MASTER output. use the scale plug-in to change the midi notes going into Impulse. The input is the horizontal axis, vertical is the output, play with it a bit, it's a simple but really useful little plug-in. vakis - good point, it's funny sometimes how meanings can get lost in langugae, I know you know yer shit. ;)
