Re: The Great BitWig Migration

i hope Bitwig survive but i think they have greatly underestimated the amount of blood sweat and tears required to build a Live-like DAW from scratch... I don't agree. This is one thing I think they do understand. The principle partners have been developing in this market for quite some time. With ...

Re: The Great BitWig Migration

I like it. Well at least there are things I like about it. I really like its piano roll. Feels as easy as the FLS piano roll and better than the other hosts that I have used (sonar, reaper, live, project 5, energxt, podium, acid and s1). It's all subjective though. Biggest surprise so far? Not being...

Anyone else in Atlanta? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpO-YkJ9yMo Edit: this is not my video. Found the link on another forum. I'm in Atlanta. My reference was to the guy in video saying he bought BWS 2 days early at Atlanta store. So if you were there and really wanted it maybe you could catch th...

Re: Film Music Production Workflow

Post/Prod requires a different toolset from an app that specializes in Live performance. Digital Performer, Logic, Neundo and ProTools handle this much better. I have never used DP for this task but I have seen videos of folk in action and it really gives you a lot of tools to work with. I've done s...

Re: Maschine vs. Push

They are different. It's like comparing a coffee grinder to a vegetable slicer I know they are different. I could ask most those questions against many pieces of gear and give an answer. I'm not asking for direct comparison of the two. I'm asking, that if you were two ask the quesions that are numb...
