Take the clip and drop it onto a MIDI track, double click the clip and it should open up the Piano Roll editor. Re-arrange the notes as you see fit. Save it as another MIDI file/name and then play it in WMP.

Click on the timeline of the clip in clip view. You can click anywhere within the clip and it should start playing at that point. I'm sure it's in the manual somewhere as well.
