Re: APC 40 vs Sunlight!!!
This, hell laptop screens in full sunlight even have problems...its just a matter of physics. I would suggest just being more smart with your conventions regarding set layout.Tarekith wrote:Almost all lighted pads have this issue, trying using a Korg EMX-1 in the sunlight, same problem.

Re: Blofeld Control Device

Re: newbie M4L MIDI question
The basic problem here is that an M4L device cannot send MIDI to different channels. It's a limitation imposed by Live. The solution would be to use multiple parallel M4L devices for handling the different groups of notes. there are some externals that solve this problem, I cant actually remember w...

Re: Blofeld Control Device
If you're really feeling lucky, how about multis? Not that it's a big deal to program 'em on the Blofeld itself once you know how to (and not incidentally just lose everything in one clean sweep like I did many times). Good luck, looking forward to try this out, since while I love the sound, I have...

Re: Blofeld Control Device
Don't have a blofeld but I'm now doing the same for a pulse +. But my skills on max are very limited and I don't have a clue on the way to get parameter feedback to update the parameters state on the device when I load a new preset on the pulse. Can somenone explain or give me links to this informa...

Re: Blofeld Control Device
Update: 14th July 2011 [Sorry for the slow progress I have been ill recently] The OSCillator sections are completely built and a few modifications were made to things added through wrongly assuming there would be ccs for them. This means that I will have to rethink the envelope display as it was sw...

Re: Blofeld Control Device
That's great, I've been using the editor in Reaktor, but this seems a lot more elegant. Would it be possible to include a Program Change, since the knob to select patches is all flakey on mine :( (a common problem I've read) Thanks! Sure thing, once everything's been added to it I will release it f...

Blofeld Control Device
Blofeld Control Hi there I thought I would start a thread to share some information on my latest max project http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/384/screenshot20110710at012.jpg A friend of mine just bought a blofeld and was complaining about the difficulty of using unlabelled cc automation lanes and...

Re: live.numbox inside bpatcher parameters not updating.....
I cant really see what you mean but i have had intermittently (rarely) were objects clearly in presentation view don't get seen in the Ableton GUI, reloading the template always brings them back though so don't know why and cant reproduce.... Cheers D Thats what I thought, hmmm ok just to make sure...

live.numbox inside bpatcher parameters not updating.....
... It is as simple as the title is, I have a bunch of live.numboxes and have them inside a bpatcher (with offset to add a tabbed view to the main patcher.) But the parameters once changed in either the inspector or the parameter window are not showing up in live. Its sporadic, sometimes it works so...

Selective eq, saturation and overdrive then fatten it up with some compression

Re: if live 9 is not 64-bit...
I'm surprised you'd say that. You haven't noticed the number of threads debating the surround issue in Live? Right, of course all Live users only ever play in electronic dance music clubs with mono systems :x And of course surround sound only ever occurs in movie theatres. Oops my bad  ...
