Re: DUB MACHINES, Anyone?
The Sound is really fantastic. I think I Can sell my old Space Echo now! Of course, as soon as the first M4L device is dropped CPU jumps up! I didn't think of that! sorry! otherwise, i'm running 9.1.2 and Max 6.1.7 with an RME Fireface 400 on a 2010 Macbook Pro, with ssd drive & maxed Ram. Os X 10.8...

DUB MACHINES, Anyone?
first of all, they sound great! This is one Pack i'm going to use for Studio work. BUT: CPU monsters! For a live PErformance they're useless.... When I drop one of those onto a a channel in an empty new set My CPU meter goes from 1% up to 18%, the moment I put that Dub Machine on a channel. Not even...

Re: is Push now considered 'feature-complete' ?
[edit] well well! it works when using Push's record button, didn't know that! it doesn't work when triggering the record-armed clip slots though, which is probably what i've attempted to do in the past and assumed it wasn't possible. good to know cheers! Yay! well... kind of yay... i never use the ...

Mapping when IN user mode
bong shure! (that's french) 1. weird encoder behaviour: When I map any of the encoders to something in Live, turning an encoder to the right is quite jumpy but kind a works. but turning them to the left makes the value jump directly to the minimum value. is there something i can do about it? 2. When...

Mapping when NOT in user Mode
Hey there! first of all, I use push for live performances. Second: I don't like having to switch pages or modes too much when on stage. I'm in drumrack mode most of the time. But I don't use the stepsequencer, nor do i use the clip lenght stuff in the lower right part of push. so basically there are...

Re: is Push now considered 'feature-complete' ?
i'd love to see SOMETHING for audio clips. push has lots of features for midi tracks, but when when it comes to audio tracks, there's not much going on on push... imagine - monome style control over clips; - fixed length audio recordings - endless possibilities! whenever have an audio track is selec...

Re: Bitwig vs Ableton - PDC Test (Video)
I just wanted to say, that i really don't like ableton live trying to be a DAW. They're slowly but surely screwing it's original functionalities as a live performance tool. I don't see, why they're trying so hard to be something, they're not that good at while at the same time loosing focus on what ...

Re: Bitwig vs Ableton - PDC Test (Video)
look, if you use ableton live as a live performance tool, (which it actually was once), PDC is just not that relevant If you can't handle that, use some other DAW. As all of you PDC-nazis stated over and over again: Every othe DAW has PDC. if that's the one and only most important thing for you, use...

Re: Bitwig users migrating to Live
hmm... i don't know...
the main feature I would miss is that Bitwig "looks killa".
As soon as they implement "Killa" looks in live, I might give it a shot!
let's hope for the next version...
