On a current project with a fair bit going on, using only native ableton instruments and FX, I have a high(er) CPU usage on an 4-core i7 with multicore option on (Win8 was possibly better).

Just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar.

Just thought I should mention: Got my Push 2 delivered straight from Ableton yesterday. All encoders are properly tight, no jitter, all very tidy. My only issue is that there's a lot of pink in the white pads, but that was quite easy rectified with Push 1, so hopefully will be with this one. Apart f...

Hi, while switching to Live9 I lost some of my project files, or rather I've forgotten where they're placed. I've tried searching for ".als" and "als" with Windows Search, it finds a few random files, but none with the .als extension. Even if I search in a folder where I can see...

I think I know what you mean:

- When shift is held down, you get ~10 times more resolution.


If that is the case, how does it work with automation. Does it get recorded at that resolution in the clip etc?

When you say 'a factor of 10', do you mean it in/decreases the value in Live (the Push) by '10'.

If this is the case then with 1024 values, you would only have 102 (less than the original) discrete values, right?

In the Push script - could anyone please explain the 'Shift + Display Encoders to finely adjust parameter values' functionality a bit more clearly, or post a basic video to see it in operation?

I'm looking to verify it's exact definition before purchasing a Push.
