Re: Video size

This is really weird yes, there should be an export video settings windows somewhere. The window size only applies if you choose "Current size" - otherwise you can type in the preferred resolution in the video export settings and then you'll get it. I was just confused by this, since I wo...

Re: Video size

Live uses the size of the window for export if you choose "Current size" from the export options. I think this is weird.

Re: Soft and bendable midi controller? Or very small?

you could also maybe get some wireless gamepad like xbox360, PS3 or wiimote 2nd hand for quite cheap and use as is/or solder a bit an adapted system. There are also some bendable cheap keyboards that could be converted to midi, but generally they don't have a great touch feel.. Ahhh!!! Really good ...

Soft and bendable midi controller? Or very small?

Hi! I'm looking for a controller that can be attached to your body, isn't too big and you can launch stuff from it while you dance or otherwise move alot. Basically all it needs to have is some pad buttons for triggering clips. Maybe if there would be some soft rubber midi controller that you could ...

Re: Analog noise samples?

Everything sounds different. Even if we don't consider the difference in gear, all the mic noises recorded took probably place in a different studio and location, so they recorded a different silent studio room (=the all sound different). Then the gear... the noise in gear is most probably caused by...

Analog noise samples?

Hi!

Any tips for finding analog noise samples (analog mixing desk noise, vintage studio noise, vintage mic noise etc...)?

Doesn't have to be free.

Re: Everyone else is 64 bit

I use Trilian and Alchemy, Trilian has its fair share of large samples and some patches in Alchemy as well - never had any memory problems running these its amazing the amount of people that seem to be running "sampled instruments" all of a sudden Actually Trilian is so far the only plugi...

Re: Everyone else is 64 bit

All this 64 bit crap is getting on my nerves. Maybe you guys weren't around for the 16 to 32 bit transition. It will take another year or two before everybody has worked through all the kinks. The big deal for 64 bit is memory addressing but I haven't seen any PCs loaded with TBs of RAM just yet 8)...

Re: Noisy laptops!

Even though I also had other reasons, this was one of the big ones when I bought my new computer and it led me to buying a desktop that I could place under the table. But even if you buy a laptop, consider putting it under the table and using an external monitor (although then it will probably be ju...

Re: Productivity request: Batch bounce of individual tracks

Hello, this is a HUGE timesaving request from me! Like Logic and Protools, it would be SO helpful to be able to have a batch bounce option to batch bounce each individual track, and do it sequentially as a batch so I don't have to sit around for hours bouncing each track one at a time! I know that ...
