Re: cracked my macbook screen! :(

I've replaced lsd screens on laptops before. it's really easy. just remove the broken one, get the part number off of it and find a new one on ebay. I spent $60 shipped on the last one I did I believe.

this guy that I use to work with would always listen to a rap CD about killing babies and raping people.. pretty much the only rap I've ever heard. he said it was pretty popular stuff too :roll:

oh cool. didn't know that! I'm in the market to upgrade my PC.

but yes it is pointless to have 6 gig of ram if you are on Vista x86

@Gab

you have pretty much the same build as me. have you tried out Windows 7 ? it is amazing! there is a beta driver for the Fatil1y. runs solid!

Re: dropouts, pops and clicks with low cpu usage?

if you were on PC I would recommend reinstalling/updating your sound driver, but I don't know anything about mac lol.

does this happens when you have everything set to default in the audio setup?

Re: Live 8.0.1 - Ghost clips sticking to mouse cursor???

what OS is everyone on? and is it just the highlighing stuff that is laggy or do you experince lag with the entire GUI under high load?

I would get lots of lag with Windows 7 until I changed it to run in XP or Vista compatability mode
