I think Mr Man already answered your question. What are you trying to pitch bend? An audio clip? A VSTi? Simpler/Sampler? For the latter two, make sure that the patch actually responds to pitch bend. No need for any special plugin. You should be able to tell if Live is receiving Pitch Bend, though: ...

Did you try setting the Radias Clock setting to Ext-USB? (while Live is the Master, and transmits MIDI beat clock). anyhow, just stick the MIDI plugin to the left of any VSTi/Instrument plugins.

So did you try Render to Disk?
That seems pretty close to "render" to me, enough so that I'd try it.

Then you'll have to use a program to convert from .wav/.aif to mp3.

try searching google for such a program, there's tons.
