Yes, and there are many possibilities even without M4L. You can use clip envelopes routed to IAC/Midiyoke or ClyphX for example. It depends on how you wanna use it, but I guess ClyphX is one of the most intuitive. Basically with ClyphX you can name a clip to trigger almost anything you could imagine...

Or maybe use iac/midiyoke in between your midihardware and miditracks. That way you could setup some routing tracks which will only be activated when you use a certain ...

You can use Clyphx which comes with Macrobat to get CC-Racks.
