You can drag tracks, and all into one open session. This should speed things up. If you have been organized, with your folder file structure, you should be able to search through all your ableton project in a day, or a week, depending on how prolific you are.

i see sometimes in the right hand corner top it's like 250% cpu usage, which is ridiculous. OK, how about updating to the latest version of Ableton 7. Which is 7.0.15, or something.
