Support gave me the advice similar to the ony from yur2die4.
After all I figured how to actually do it.
Now it's working. Thanks all again!

Re: Fifth Beta of upcoming bugfix update: Live 8.1.2b5!
Every open of any existing Live set crashed the application. After kicking away the prefs file it seemed to work properly until deletion of newly recorded single Clip from session view; this crashed Live again. I've switched the ASIO driver of my Edirol M-16DX to the Vista x64 version (instead of th...

Re: DI Box... What?
I faced the same problem /w my Edirol M-16DX. Channels 5-10 just have line inputs w/o pre-fader gain. The in signal goes directly to Live. I got this one: http://www.smproaudio.com/english/products/preamps/pr8e-8-channel-microphone-preamp.html Though it's a microphone preamp it works perfect with gu...

I asked the support for a solution of this issue...Da hand wrote:Yes, you are right that it would be a great idea - for all envelopes. Not sure why it is not a feature already.

The guy in the video said it has a carbon fiber backplate. My Bass neck is very stable, thoughze2be wrote:We don't know about the built quality yet. Maybe its strong, maybe its not..

Re: Fixed value for BPM automation
2. Set the min/max tempos for the automation to the highest/lowest necessary (to give yourself a smaller window of control) This and using the pencil tool will give you exact values. The pencil tool will not go beyond the max/min values you set. ah, great! This was something I just wanted to ask, a...

[solved] Fixed value for BPM automation
Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to somehow enter an exact value for an automation. Whenever I try to change the Song tempo envelope filter for say 4 bars in between an arrangement, I can't get even results by dragging the red line with my mouse. It's always something like 117,23 or so instead of ...

Re: How many of you who own Windows 7 run a flawless setup?
no Problems on W7x64. Equipment see below.
Plugins (amongst others): Yellow Tools Independence free, EMU Proteus VX etc.
The only way to improve my setup would definitely be a MAC (but cancelled due to budget reasons)

This sounds like a plan. Would be my recommendation, too - if covered by your budgetadventurepants_ wrote:The new i5s/i7s should keep you happy for a while.

Re: Live 8.1 Performance Tips on W7?
Dell XPS 600 Pentium 4 3.6 Ghz Sorry to say so, but you should get yourself another machine. Go for a Core 2 Duo (>2.x GHz) Laptop. PC or MAC - your choice. Make sure you have a 7200rpm HDD. Even on my Latitude D630 (Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Win7 x64, 7200HDD) some of the Demo songs only run s...

Re: Windows 7
To me Windows 7 is the best OS released since Windows 2000. It's stable fast and has a great design (I love the new Taskbar!). Also in Enterprise environment it's a great step forward. However, beware of Aero on an nVidia equipped Laptop when working /w external Audio Interfaces... I have, amongst o...
