Re: Ableton Live 8 Running horribly slow on Mac Pro 8 Core
I'm on a MacBook 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, running Mac OS 10.5.6 and have exactly the same problem. The GUI responds really slow and everything seems to run at a screen refresh rate of 10 frames per second. Any tips on what to do besides updating Mac OS? +1. CPU usage on the same sets (without anyt...

Your IDs are completely out of range- that never should have worked to begin with. Your max ID is 100, and your max ID in use is 401. After I sorted and compressed IDs, everything's in range. Your max ID always has to be greater than or equal to the max ID in use. Sort and compress IDs is your frie...

Re: "Configure" mode not working. Add Plugin here!
Reaktor 5 and Battery 3 work fine. You have to set up which parameters can be automated first in the plug-in itself. In Battery, go to View>Automation Page. Drag values onto the knobs that you want automated, then configure them in Live. Read the manuals on the plugs for more instructions. This. Yo...

Re: [frs] fatal cross-version error 8b15
I figured out it was massive. i have resolved this with native instruments and everything is working now. apparently the copy protection on massive is not as sound as it should be and is susceptible to detecting false positives. somehow opening in the beta triggered this.
