looking forward to hearing about what you settled on and how it's worked outchapelier fou wrote:Thanks !
It doesn't feel THAT stupid after some reading. The Apple adaptor is not needed. Best is to buy a USB-C hub (providing several USB-B and a TB2, if such a thing exists).

Re: Maschine Jam vs. Push 2
I don't know about that 96%, the screens on the push 2 alone and what they convey is worth way more than 4%, then consider that push without the screens is still more capable than the jam regarding ableton. also unless you need those size pads on the mk2 in particular then I don't see what the mk2/ ...

Re: Ableton just lost a push sale.
I don't think what you can do with cubase and a controller is comparable with what you can do with Live and Push, so if you use cubase you will have the vst support that you want, but you won't have anything that would be the basis of the reason for you purchasing a push in the first place. The two ...

Re: Linnstrument, Push 3 in advance?
I agree with your sentiments love light but I don't believe anyone has made any comments regarding the topic you're talking about, I think they're just talking about how good or not the Linnstrument is and what it would be like to use it with live, correct me if I'm wrong?

Re: How precisely can you warp with the Push 2?
I'm not sure if Push can warp. It can slice, and determine at which points to slice. And it can take clips that are warped and retain warping from the clip in Simpler (that's more of a Live feature than a Push feature). The manual for Push is online. You can google search the Ableton Live manual an...
