I was just thinking about Max' 5 presentation mode where you just build yourself a neat custom interface for complex matters.. Now if you look at the racks we all agree that those 8 macros are a laugh.. And adding 16, 32, 128, 512 more macros ain't going to help I'm afraid.. it even makes it worse ...

You could also save another $200 and spring for the MOTU 828mkIII. It would solve your problem with the reverb since it has DSP. It's not a half-rack unit but oh well.
