Why not image your computer (preferably after a format and reinstall) using software like Acronis Truimage then restore the image once formatted

The spec of your laptop looks fine. Are the system drivers for it up to date, particulatly the BIOS, chipset and video drivers. Also, what plugins do you use? I've sent in more Crash Reports in the last month than I did in the past 6 months combined. On an average workday I get at least one crash, often more like 3 to 4.
