As far as I understand the headphone-button is actually turning on and off prelistening, so where is the problem with that?

Sounds like Safari has quite a bad CSS implementation. Use some decent browser until Safari developers have had the chance to make their homework. It is, and always has been, a big pain in the ass for web-developers having to "fix" something by implementing extra routines for Netscape here...

I have this only when I actually removed a sample from the location referenced to a set (or renamed it). Live doesn't track samples on its own.
Since I work exclusively on self-contained sets it is easy to find out, what is missing.

Hmm... seems to depend on the plattform you're on. It works for me with one of these cheapo MS-mice on Win XP Pro. But from time to time, mostly after doing some copy and paste in session view, I don't seem to get the browser focussed anymore, I have to use the scrollbar again. Must be a bug. Dunno ...
