Re: Push remote script for 4 drum pads?
Hi MauronDJ, thanks for the reply. But I'd rather not have to pay some 36 bucks just so I can do this rather simple function (36 being the cost for PXT Live with its add-on, the add-on being the part that seems to do what I'm talking about here). It's paying for A LOT of stuff I probably wouldn't ev...

Push remote script for 4 drum pads?
Hi folks. I'm wondering if someone has written a script yet, or found some other way, to have 4 drum pad grids on the same pad display (a square of four 16-pad grids), as opposed to the standard setup of just one drum pad grid in the bottom left corner.
thanks!
Giacomo
thanks!

how to turn off step sequencer???
Hi everybody. I'm curious if there's any way to deactivate Push's drum step sequencer, while still being able to play the drum pad? the reason being, when I'm playing on the 16 pad drum square, and I keep accidentally hitting one of the pads on the bottom line of the step sequencer, and that starts ...

Re: Push lights flashing, unlit, wrong colors???
for any bereaved bastard that has this same problem, I found the fix: Preferences - MIDI sync - output for Push Live mode - turn OFF remote not entirely sure why this happened. but I got the vague inkling that stuff was being sent to the Push that conflicted with what it was doing. sure was. yay, ba...

Re: Push lights flashing, unlit, wrong colors???
okay, so a bit of an update on the situation: I've found that it has something to do with my MIDI mappings. I delete them all, and the problem goes away. so I go through and find which ones are conflicting, but find the answer is not so cut and dry. the pad lights only go back to normal when I delet...

Push lights flashing, unlit, wrong colors???
Hi folks. So I'm not sure whats going on here. I go to turn on my Push today, and find that the lights are acting all strange on me. In synth mode and drum mode, 4 lights are orange, instead of the usual pink, white, or blue. two of them are flashing like they're having a seizure. and 4 others ones ...

Device to move through degrees of a parameter with one butto
Hi folks. So I'm wanting to have something that could allow me to use only one button, where each time I press the button, it bumps up the value of a chosen parameter by some degree. So, say for instance, I press the button, and it moves my chain selector a little bit. I press the same button, and i...

A competent preset manager?
Hi folks. I've been having a ridiculously hard time finding a preset manager that actually works on a consistent basis. Kapture is extremely slow. And paraminator, phenomenally, wipes out all the settings I save for it at random. I've tried others, with similar results. Any ideas???

Re: Can you midi map and use the drum pad simultaneously.
Okay, so "no" then, if I'm not mistaken. Then, is there a way to manually map the 16pads in the lower left corner to a drum pad in user mode? I'm basically wanting to have a full 16 pads to play finger drums on, while still having a few other pads available to map samples to. Is that possi...

Can you midi map and use the drum pad simultaneously.
Hi folks. I don't have a push yet. So I'm not super familiar with its working. I'm wondering if its possible to midi map some of its pads, in user mode, but still be able to use the default 16 cell drum pad in the lower left at the same time as usual, or does user mode just bypass all the default se...

Trouble turning APC40 into a drum pad
Hi folks. I know this topic has been run over many times in various threads, but I'm just having a helluva time working this out. So, I'm just looking for a way to change the APC40s clip launch grid into a drum pad. I have Bome's Midi Translator, but, for whatever reason, it won't detect my keyboard...

DI box creating an annoying electrical buzz???
Hi folks. I thought I'd run this one thru here, since you all tend to be so damn helpful. So I run my bass guitar through my DI, then off to my audio interface, then ableton. When I do this, I get a pretty distracting electrical buzz sound through my bass guitars track in ableton. When I remove the ...

Re: How to randomize the sample that plays with a single button?
So I ran into a problem with this. I'm using a voodoo gcp foot controller, and for whatever silly reason, it needs to send keystroke values instead of midi notes. But the Random MIDI effect only reads midi notes. I can't just hit the little keyboard button In the upper right corner because the foot ...
