I missed the one that funken heard, but after reading his comment I think that the bass drum is still too "in yer face" for an ambient piece. IMO it's too "clicky". I would suggest using a bass drum that's deeper and softer (more muffled with less attack). In descriptive words, ...

I liked it quite a bit but I found the drums/percs borderline distracting in that they seemed a bit too complicated and too dominant. It sort of took away from the chill-out factor a bit for me. I think if you toned them down a bit it would be a nice chill tune and I would listen to it late at nigh...
