With a new project inserting a scene is very fast.
As soon as I start adding a complex rack to a track, the scene insert becomes really slow. Is that normal?

I wonder if you change the buffer size wether that would help. It will stop audio problems at least

You can use the instrument rack and the chains within to switch between various different sounds within one midi track

Yeah the stock ableton stuff is great, My fav is the saturator.

Check your quantizing and how you have placed your clips.

Maybe the clip length is wrong.

What are you trying to send it from and to?
