I've done all the general stuff like deleting the temp files etc. I've noticed the 'uninstal files' but hadn't realised that's what they were. I presume I can just move these (or do a ghost backup and then delete). Best to be careful Wildcon - get something like CCleaner to regularly get rid of the...

Maybe the collaboration means that you will be able to create your own instruments with Ableton Lookalike Interfaces in MAX and directly use them in Ableton. Then you could do your vocoder yourself and so much more. However I agree that there are a lot of other things (128, grouping, ...) that shou...

I want an announcement of the outcome of the cycling74/ableton collaboration. Hadn't you heard? Gerhard has finally finished painting their offices and, with the all new 'photo launch' functions in L8, you can look at, gasp, screenshots of him, in real time, over a year ago... Seriously - who...

There wont be no clipping nor distortion unless the software intentionally wants that to happen (like some plugins do). Here's a good explanation from: http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/jan08/articles/qa0108_3.htm "Fixed-point processing is much as you have described; 32 bits are allocated for m...
