Im recording a dj mix from session to arrangement and I am using auto filter and various other effects on the clip. I noticed that the meters on the effects are clipping. How do i get my clips to launch after a 2 bar count in. I dont want it to play as soon as I hit the button. Ive palyed around with the follow actions and the count in but cant seem to make any diffference,

What's the controller, mate? What specific VSTs are you trying to control?

Is ok I fixed it. I couldnt see my controller in the drop down menu but then i found it.

I cant seem to get the parameters of various instruments, plugins etc to map to my controller knobs. Im following the instructions. Im trying to understand how to use air music structure as multi timbral and route the different layers to different tracks. This video is shown in pro tools which I havent used for a long time. Can anyone please explain to me how I can do this in ableton?

Right-click the group track an select "Un-group" from the pull down menu.

Thanks. Didnt realise there was an option for ungroup there. Weird, I was sure I looked but now youve mentioned it I can see it.

I have two tracks as a group and Im trying to ungroup them. I drag one out in arrangement view and it works but when I try to frag the second one out it wont let me and I get the symbol of a circle with cross through it ie - cant do. How do I do it?

Im trying to automate the pitch of a clip in arrangemnet view. I have followed instructions but the automation line is not appearing over the edit window. I have set to clip and transposition and automation is on. Am I missing something?

does the echo audio effect not come with the standard version? I cant find it.

I find it so fiddly moving clips to the exact spot in arrangement view. Its tedious having to zoom the track way big to make sure its right and also snap doesnt work anyway unless zoomed right in. Is there a faster way to move a clip where i want it?

Thats what I was using then was told to increase it because of the crackling and glitching. So why you saying to reduce it ?
