o.k., thanx Tone. If I understood the manual currectly, I would use the calulated # of ms due to my buffer size and then use "delay track" by this amount? If this is the case, would this be the formula for routing through an external processor or is this for plug in delay compensation only...

Does Live 5.2 have Automatic Delay Compensation? I'm ready to install this and there are 2 versions, one has fixed latency which is designed for programs w/ ADCompensation. I've tried the demo on this and it really worked well, so I sprung for it. WHoooHooooo thanx, Rand

could someone possibly point me to info on how to warp multiple tracks? I seem to remember something about a master clip? I thought I had bookmarked it, but can't find it. I'm recording 6 tracks of miced drums, and this would be very useful. Again, I'm on live 5.2... Thanks

I'm having quite a time dealing my live drum tracks. I have 6 tracks of drums. I'm using live 5. How do I make multiple edits across all tracks? I am currently sending these 6 tracks to 1 track. which helps some. But, is not the total solution. I read somewhere on here about master clip envelopes.. ...

This should be an easy one: I have a external qwerty keyboard hooked up to my laptop (g4 powerbook), and I have not been able to render to disk from the keyboard, I always have to go to the menu and select from there. I am not able to find a way to control the click volume separately from the tracks which I have soloed ( Actually "cued") For example: I have recorded a bass line and now want to track real drums to it. the click is huge in my headphones and the bass is not loud enough. I am using an ultra...

Is there a way to control the click volume relative to playback tracks w/ cues (solos) on? that doesn't look worded very clearly.............
The click seems really loud compared to the tracks assigned to the cue monitoring. Any thoughts? motu ultralite 1/2 main mix, 3/4 cue mix

I've recently started having notes in reason hang, and I have to exit the program to stop them. Is there a "stop all notes" somewhere. It is happening when I press stop. (I guess that would be obvious) Rand
