crazy idea

set up midi controllers all over a venue (light detectors, motion detectors, anything that can be changed into controller data)... then wire them all into live and map them to loops and parameters... then hit the space bar and let the venue play itself... i think that would be amazing. now to get 10...

Anyone dared try them yet?

they seem to work fine on my p4 2.8

but my powerbook still chokes and sputters.

the built in audio is 100 times better then the m-audio on the mac.

why dont you search ? check out adamjays performance test.. i can run live, and amplitube with reatltme guitar processing. so far i haven't gone above 60%cpu.. this is with the latency set to 5ms using built in audio.... input and output... on a 1.5Ghz 12' powerbook running 10.3.8 oh an i can even ...
