Yeah that's cool and no doubt will make it work with all the support they offer, but I still wanted the extra knobs and screens and stuff.

Honestly the 'missing' features didn't bother me that whole much I still think it is great for the price!

After a week of dilemma over ordering Mikro I phoned Dolphin Audio and got the Edu of Maschine 1.7 for nit much more than the Mikro. Can't wait! The guy who had hands on time with the Mikro explained how it was limited in workflow and you end up using the mouse more. You can't record automation etc ...

I'm really loving Touch-Able as a controller and have seen the APC40 used as a groove box workflow. Is this possible with Touch-Able and how would you go about it?

Bit of a weird question..maybe? I can't program a melody on a keyboard... I draw notes in or use drum machines to rhythmically build up melodies until they sound right to my ear. So I love the idea of some of the analogue sequencers and bits n bobs availbale in hardware that help create crazy things...

My mac used to do that and others do if you have an external USB drive plugged in that isn't getting enough power.
