Simple Delay Plug-in:
Unlink: Off
L&R both set to Time, (not Sync)
L: 1.00 ms
R: start around 20 ms then adjust to taste
Feedback: 0%
Dry/Wet: 100% (adjustable to taste)

Follow this with a Utility plug-in and adjust width to taste.
