I got that far. Now, I can't get the device to trigger when striking a kb key.

Seems like a good idea. How do I map the M4L device to the audio main volume? Forgive my ignorance.

How would I do this: I have a sound that is 30 seconds long (random length). It is playing but no sound is heard until I hit a key. When the key is struck, the sound heard is from that particular moment in time and based on the particular envelope. Example: Some one slowly sings the letters A B C D ...

Was not synced properly. Works OK now.

I can effect a connection between the ipad using other apps to Live (Beta 9.1b3). But when I load LiveControl I get no response. Do I have to midi map anything? I'm using loopMidi as outlined in the Liine documentation.

Thanks! I found them and am moving them with an update to the Prefs.

I'm installing my packs now and watching my drive get close to nothing. I looked into the Program Data folder and the Roaming/Ableton folder but couldn't see any changes going on. Ideally, I'd like to move the packs to a data disk that has lots of space.

Same here. Downloaded Suite and Max with no probs but can't connect to authorize.

Change the bit depth to 16bit. I had this same problem a while back.
