When live 32-bit starts, it takes aproximately 150 mb of ram. After loading a large project and closing it again, the empty template of live takes up almost 500mb.
Is this normal?

Re: What's going on? Recording latency and track delay
Ableton records midi and audio differently depending on whether you choose monitoring "OFF" or "IN"/"AUTO" if set to "off" it will record and shift the events early according to buffer size latency because it assumes you are monitoring directly with no delay (...

Re: Which CPU is best for L9?
When playing your live set live loads all tracks, distributing them across all cpu cores, so an i7 will prove much more efficient and yield lower processor use and a higher vstcount. However for functions like consolidate, freeze and export, it still uses only one core, so the more Ghz per core, the...

In large projects these functions are PAINFULLY slow. It is sometimes faster to record to resampling in realtime...

(47812811) Hold pedal automation has problems
Hello, The hold pedal automation has issues when sending MIDI to an external module (Yamaha Motif rack). The issue at hand is the following: - when the pedal up event happens, the previous chord continues to ring causing to overlap with the next chord. This happens randomly but often enough. I've th...

[42358319] metronome does not follow tempo time unit
the click track does not follow the tempo unit when a project saved with 4/8 or 4/16 is opened.
It defaults to 4/4 even though it shows 4/8 or 4/16, requiring to reset it manually
