gk3 into vg99 is excellent for controlling synths like omnisphere in live

it doesn't output any midi for me and drag and drop doesn't really do anything either

new to me that it does

It's audio effect. I doesn't send midi out. M4L has midi lfos but they seem kind of clunky to use. Clip envelops are the best mod sources as far as I'm concerned. Dummy clips are good for this.

i can't believe it isn't

these grids have so much potential that hasn't been tapped yet

i would like to see step sequencing of filters or volume via push or launchpad like the aira mx-1 has

MPE is without question the future and Ableton will have to implement this soon

I can't say enough good things about simpler 2. Combined with drum racks and you essentially have a mini session view and arrange window combined. This is really going to have a big impact on live performers.

colored meters that match track color like touchable in live and push 2

I love Push 2 meters but I would love them more if they followed track colors like Touchable does.

Exactly what "user error" am I committing? I set fix length and it sometimes works and other times not. I never had this issue with push1.

still macro names are not updating like they did before in 9.2
not macros per say but midi assigned parameters like in massive macros where then names change when the patch changes
