Just wondering if anyone could recommend a decent mic in the cheapish range for micing up a Djembe I bought in Ghana recently!! It sounds great but my Shure SM57 is not doing it any justice!! Sounds thin, not picking up the bass sounds very well!

Does not really take a critical stand on 8. Pretty much a features listing with examples! I subscribe to CM, and Future Music - both are usually worth it but it annoys me when everything gets a good review!
