Re: EXCLUDE CLIPS from scenes (aka "free the x-axis")
Here you go... http://isotonikstudios.com/isotonik/launchsync-series/ D I'm sorry if I misunderstood but "Define which tracks that will be excluded from Scene Launching" is not what I asked. I need to exclude certain clips and there not always on the same channel (if that was the case, I ...

Re: EXCLUDE CLIPS from scenes (aka "free the x-axis")
Really? Which device would you use for that?S4racen wrote:This is possible with Maxforlive, if you have it?
Cheers

My goal is having the second function:
Exclude from scene launch: act as stop (when triggering a scene, this clip acts as an empty clip with stop button)
My own Max skills are non-existent :S

Re: EXCLUDE CLIPS from scenes (aka "free the x-axis")
Just giving this a bump :) Excluding from scene launch is still a great idea. Maybe with two options: Right click on a clip would say: Exclude from scene launch: act as stop (when triggering a scene, this clip acts as an empty clip with stop button) Exclude from scene launch: ignore launch (when tri...

BOME for Midi Incremental and Decremantal
Hi! I'd like to use Bome Midi Translator for making a button behave like an incremental button (and another for decremental). So when I push a button on the Launchpad (which sends out note info) it needs to make a macro knob go 1 step up with each push. Any Bome experts here that can help me out wit...

Re: Should NativeKontrol's ClyphX become part of Live?
honestly, even if in the most basic cases, clyphx is a lot easier, M4L allow more complex things. Mmmyeah but ClyphX is capable of doing stuff that Max isn't so great for. Like snapping values inside clips for example. I use this for my live sets, so that I can have different values for certain par...

Should NativeKontrol's ClyphX become part of Live?
As many other users, me too I'm a great fan of NativeKontrol's work. I use PXT-Live, PXT General, LPC, Base X but especially: CLYPHX ! If you don't know ClyphX, have a look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCFFIVCculI&list=PL18636FD092EDEEAB The functions are fantastic, Ableton Live becomes...

Re: Clyphx and 9.5
Yes! Clyphx should be a native Live function. I can't see why Ableton hasn't made a more binding agreement with NativeKontrol to make this happen. Just as the deals with AAS, Softube or Cytomic - NativeKontrol's ClyphX shouldn't be 3rd party but pure Live with it's menu's and functions inside Live.

Midi Note trigger module?
Hello For an exiting new project, I'm in need of a midi-mapable midi module that triggers midi notes. I need to be able to map a button of my apc to a trigger so that when I push the APC button, it triggers a certain note. I can't use the user mode and 'native' functions don't trigger notes in the m...

Re: Ableton Freebie: ERX-1 (based on the Korg EMX)
One more tip: you can also use the modules separately, so if you only need the FX section, just drag an FX rack to your library. I use the multi FX rack a lot in my own productions because of the flexibility and speed of creating effects when producing. I think the most fun thing about this rack is ...

Does this rack remember the last parameter states when loading your song?

Re: Ableton Freebie: ERX-1 (based on the Korg EMX)
Sorry, no DRUM synthesis I'm afraid (the ERX comes from aurex, RX - not from the Korg ER).
Drum synthesis is on the agenda though - I'm a sucker for that too :p

Ableton Freebie: ERX-1 (based on the Korg EMX)
The ERX-1 is a free Ableton rack instrument, based on the Korg EMX-1. I created this instrument because I really liked the simplicity and sounds of my Korg EMX-1 with upgraded tubes. My goal was to have a whole range of sound possibilities inside one easy controllable rack so I emulated some of the ...

Re: midiStroke? Someone please explain this to me :)
You can check your cc and midi channel by mapping something in Ableton and looking at the mappings list. Google midi channel It's not that hard to figure this program out just program some stuff and check what it does. Hope that helps

Re: midiStroke? Someone please explain this to me :)
It's for mapping Keyboard commands. So for example, if you want to map CMD-S to a controller button, you can save your set with a push on your controller. In the first column, you select a CC control and midi channel for the knob/button on your controller and in the second you select a keyboard shor...

Re: Live 9.2 wish list (I know this soon?)
The Covert Operators have made a M4l device called 'Sixteen Macros' which would at least double your encoders. Using the knobs will completely screw your Undo history though. It's in their M4L collection here http://www.covops.org/ . Have you actually tried it? You should see why it isn't a solutio...
