I'm using it between 2 Macs, presuming 9.6 is Mac and PC then linking the two should be ready to go. Sorry, don't know about link-enabled Android apps.

Install XLD, make some presets/profiles (as many output formats/locations etc as you want) and you can just drag/drop files onto the dock icon and it'll convert using whatever the last used profile was. Insanely useful and free.
