Never seen this in any version of live, but the way I work round this is to keep a whole selection of useful midi controllers/notes on my midi controller as control patches, then if I need to map something specific than I can quickly and easily map it, use the midi controller to input the data, then...

All I'm saying is that it's better to burn out than fade away. Christ, was that a Meatloaf quote? Neil Young I believe, My My Hey Hey off Rust Never Sleeps. Would Cobain be AS revered if it weren't for his untimely death? The Seinfeld example I can stomach - but this is something entirely di...

I'd say your sticking point would be the HD, it's only 5400, with no 7200 option, other than that, as long as you can budget for a little extra RAM from elsewhere (not from apple - V. Expensive) you'll probably be ok, I'm using an early 2007 mid range macbook, which is not as good spec wise as the c...

Press Page/setup (under 'mixer') once and check the gain control for the little phatty input is up, all the inputs default to down. Then Press Page/Setup twice so it says 'set up', then scroll through those and let us know what they all say. Clock Source: internal Fader View Time: 1 sec Bus output: ...
