Re: Did Sampler get an update?
But what I love most about Sampler is using its modulators on loop start and end points. Im a really big fan of the buzzy scrubby sound you can get doing that.

I get this. Entering a new note or switching to session view for just a moment gets rid of it.

Major lag on apc40 max devices
I just updated to latest versions of live and max last week, Im on windows xp.
Experiencing tons of lag on max devices that talk to the apc40. Mark egoffs sequencer and another one called AS40. Any fix? I cant even use my stuff now.

Re: A special kind of realtime granular playback
Theres a really old vst called heizenbox that can sample input audio and stretch it in various ways. Its actually pretty nice I use it somewhat regularly. I dont think its for sale anymore though. I dont normally recommend torrents but I believe it might be the only way to get it now.

Re: Amazing Noises Dark Synth, Razor and Push
Id shoot amazing noises an email and ask them about editing and saving the device Im sure it probably can be done.
What about macros? I know there are only 8 but I find limiting my device control to 8 knobs helps me keep it simple. Keeping it simple is good for me.

Re: Can An Extremely Fast LFO Damage an Analog Synth?
 seriously though, i'd be more worried about the amplitude damaging equipment vs the frequency. analog synths are usually at a higher level than line level devices, so shouldn't be a problem there. There is such a wide range of patchable synths with different specs that it is absolutely po...

The noises you can get when using audio rate signals as modulators on an analog synth are my favorite kind of noises.

This video gives almost all the info youll need unless you need polyphony.

Just open max and watch the video, pause it often and make your patch look exactly like his.
