Re: Who would like a Midi controller app on Windows Phone ?
Native plugin done, I'm working on a simple app for quick release, and will be working on a more advanced one for further release, that will probably not be free

Re: Who would like a Midi controller app on Windows Phone ?
SO ! I could not do my thing for Windows Phone 7, because of limitations on the WP7.1 SDK sockets API. I had something working but had to modify the server, tobw (the original DSMI developer) was not really responding, and then someone released a Midi controller app and I lost motivation. Now with W...

Re: Who would like a Midi controller app on Windows Phone ?
I've already ported DSMI, which was originally a Nintendo DS library, then was ported to iPhone. It does not use Bonjour, but kinda works the same way : the client broadcasts to the local network so you don't have to enter the server IP. http://dsmi.tobw.net/ The problem though, is that with the Win...

Re: Korg nanoKontrol 2 custom MIDI Remote Script
copy the unzipped directory to the "MIDI Remote Scripts" folder of Ableton
should be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Ableton\Live 8.2\Resources\MIDI Remote Scripts if you're on Windows

What's so bad about him? Is it because he's successful? No, that's because he makes awful tracks with two presets, the same two a hundred other dubstep artists use Which 2 presets from which devices is it he uses then? I am not a "fan" but I don't dislike him because he makes music. By yo...

Who would like a Midi controller app on Windows Phone ?
I'm getting a Windows Phone in a few days. Being a developer, I started fooling around with the Windows Phone SDK, and I noticed there were no midi controller applications at al on the marketplace, so I started working on one. Just out of curiosity, a quick poll : - how many of you here have a Windo...

Re: moog minitaur or arturia mini brute?
The Arturia looks better in term of possibilities, while the Moog is very basic (yet it probably sounds much better). I'd recommand the Little/Slim Phatty. It's not that much more expensive and will give you a great sound

Re: analog advice
I know there is no keyboard version and it doesn't have a huge amount of knobs etc, but if you are going Dave Smith, I would seriously consider a Tetra instead of a Mopho. It's basically 4 mopho's in one box for cheaper than the mopho keyboard... You can plug a Tetra to a Mopho keyboard, to make it...
