Hello I want to start mixing out of the box, and i'm looking for a firewire soundcard solution for mac where i get 2°outs (10x stereo) out of my computer... the solution needs the quality, but needs to be affordable as well... somthing in the RME/Motu corner... Anyone experience with this little guy running with Mac (laptop) and how it compares to Motu/RME/Presonus/...

I use such a setup, alongside conventional stereo monitors. The sub is a two-edged sword. On the one hand, it's great to hear what's really at the bottom end of your recordings. And it just plain sounds good. On the other hand, it's easy to create mixes that have bass frequencies that a normal spea...

Hello Last week I made the update from Live 6 to 8, wich was really exciting But after a few days of work i noticed some 'bugs'... - If i'm in arrangement view, with a couple of the tracks in (a couple of) groups, and i want to copy all the tracks, it pastes wrong, and doesn't leave the group-track ...

i'm going to buy a Duet, but i was wondering: it hasn't got a powersupply. Do you guys leave it plugged in all the time, even when your computer is off?

are that genelec 8030's? do you like them?
