Not a Logic user, but I'm guessing you are going to be disappointed with Live's MIDI implementation/features in comparison.

Hope you tried the demo before you bought it...

Somewhat o/t, but as there are so many KA6 users here... I've recently resurrected an old laptop using Ubuntu & all working well so far. I'd like to get an audio interface that I can also use with my Mac; does anyone have this interface working well under Linux? Google searches have been inconcl...

One note but two threads

There is no built-in bridge & currently no plans to make one.

Removing the clip stop button will prevent the new scene stopping any already playing clips, it won't prevent clips in this scene triggering.

If you don't want a clip to launch with a scene, put it in a different scene...

I would still prefer to try it myself over relying on other people's opinions, but it's your money

Why don't you just install the demo & try for yourself?

I thought the Nektar Panorama P1 looked pretty good. Interested to see how nicely it would play with anything other than Reason/Cubase...

In your budget I would look in to tha scarlett, the apogee duet and motu hybrid, maybe even the motu track 16, the focusrite forte or the rme babyface. In order of preference 1.- babyface 2.- Track 16 3.- Forte 4.- Duet 5.- Scarlett I was going to say Babyface too, but it's quite a lot more expensi...

That bit was a joke. There's definitely isn't a bridge though.
