Re: APC40 encoder initialization?
I meant the cmd-m - map mode mapping, as it appears I can retrieve the parameter names assigned by 'blue hand' mapping but not the 'manually' assigned ones...

Re: APC40 encoder initialization?
How disturbing, surely the point of encoders is not to have to use a takover mode, as it can take on the parameter value it is supposed to control and start from there.... helllll....

APC40 encoder initialization?
Hey guys, Can anyone shed some light on this APC40 encoder manual mapping problem. When loading a set with fixed mapping the encoder does not initialize at the parameter value but at zero - making takeover fixes necessary. Any ideas how to make it read the linked parameter and display the led ring a...

Re: APC40 buttons re-enable problem

It's funny how the the id's seem to be welcome in the left inlet as well...
anyhow, I corrected that...
cheers

APC40 buttons re-enable problem
Hi All, Hacking around the APC40 I have recreated natecraypo's device to try and get the re-enabling to work. Put simply, disabling the solo buttons works but re-enabling them seemingly not. The bit in this quote seems to be flawed: "There are various set_x_button and set_x_control methods on t...

Re: LFO Everything used non-commercial licensed m4l patch code
sorry for not letting it die, but I am curious if you can actually make money from m4l devices, Julien? Wanna tell us how much you made sofar? I have a repository of around 50 devices all free on maxforlive.com... some are surely novel ideas (unlike an LFO)... only I don't really need small money fo...

Re: current_song_time problem
nice, but the funny thing is, how does the first note play before the transport goes back to 1.1.1 when hitting a spacebar....
anyhow, I will stick to the current_song_time as the latency is more stable...
thanks
