Quick question on using Maschine as a MIDI controller in Live! Are y'all using the pre-set Ableton-approved template, or have you created your own controller script? Or, further still, are you just hard-mapping everything with Apple+M? I'm not finding the Ableton template conducive to my workflow wh...

To enable each sample to play all the way through as a one-shot, set the volume envelope decay, sustain, and release times to maximum.

Woohoo! Finished my first 'beat' today using Maschine and nothing else. Not solid-gold but I'm still well pleased that I managed to use a tool to create sounds that I was hearing in ma' heed!
