And in some cases (like my Windows7 PC) even scrolling lists using mouse wheel isn't working.

I can't think of any other apps where the scrolling is supposed to work, but isn't.
So the problem is NOT in my mouse, but Live9's code.

Fix mouse wheel scrolling. My only wish for 2014.
