I have similar issues. Even if I freeze tracks, live is choppy and crackles sometimes. I have a 512 buffer, and a fully loaded iMac with 16 gigs of RAM . I haven't tried to troubleshoot yet. I'm going to wait for BitWig and see how my performance is there and then compare/analyze.

Whenever I load a preset from Push, the rack loads fine, but Omnisphere VST/AU is missing...essentially rendering it useless. I have Ominsphere installed in its default location. Any ideas? The Kontakt presets work fine.

Is there any solution to this yet? Any scripts or word from Ableton?

I'm interested in this as well, but I don't want to cough up 20 dollars. I already spent a lot of money on the Push. It's amazing how many simple features are missing. The community does a better job at implementing proper functionality than their devs.

Assigning it to a macro is a lame workaround. I don't understand why they can't make every parameter visible in Push.

No, and you can't even reverse it with Sampler using the Push. Annoying.

Anyway to delete a drumpad? or copy an empty one to a used one?

Let's say you have a simple device that just includes a Dial and a Map button, which is used to map that dial to whatever you want. In the push display, that dial shows up as whatever is in that dial's "Short Name" attribute. However it appears that attribute is hidden from being automated...

What's the story with this? You should totally be able to hold shift and turn a knob and have it move in tiny increments...right know if you edit the volume of something, for example, Push moves in arbitrary step sizes...if I want to set the send to be -17.5dB exactly, I should be able to...Instead ...

works for me on a mac. Holding down alt and hovering over an automated line brings up a semi-circle icon.

What papers/schematics were your reference for writing these in gen?
